Natural Health Supplement is an independent review and research publication about natural health supplements. We exist for one reason: supplement marketing is written to sell, and somebody should read it the other way — slowly, sceptically, and with the fine print open.
What This Site Is — and Is Not
We research supplement formulas, the studies behind them, their prices and their guarantees, and we publish reviews, comparisons and guides written from that research. We do not manufacture, stock, sell or ship any product. When you decide to buy something you read about here, the "Buy from Official Website" button takes you to the manufacturer's own store, which handles your order, payment, delivery and refund. We are also not a medical practice: nothing on this site is medical advice, and our reviews are written to help you ask better questions — including of your doctor — not to replace one.
Why We Cover a Narrow Range
Most review sites cover everything and audit nothing. We chose the opposite: a narrow catalogue, covered in depth. Every product we review gets the same treatment — a full review, answers to the questions buyers actually ask, head-to-head comparisons against the products it competes with, and a place in a scored roundup — all produced by the method published on our How We Review page. Depth is our whole strategy: we would rather be the most careful source on a small shelf than another shallow voice on a large one.
Who Runs This Site
Natural Health Supplement is researched, written and maintained by the Natural Health Supplement Editorial Team — a small team working to one published standard, rather than to individual bylines. Every review on the site is produced under the published methodology — maker material as the primary source, studies read at the dose they were actually run, guarantee terms checked against the timelines they are meant to protect — and every page carries a "Last reviewed" date so you can see how current it is. We publish in English for an international readership, and we answer reader messages through the Contact page.
How We Make Money
This site is funded by affiliate commissions. If you buy through a link on one of our pages, the manufacturer may pay us a commission — at no extra cost to you; the price you pay is the manufacturer's price. That model creates an obvious temptation, so we built the safeguards into the open: our scoring rubric is published, our scores are never sold or negotiated, we state the affiliate relationship at the top of every article, and we publish findings that cost us sales — including comparisons that recommend a product we do not sell, and warnings we found in a maker's own fine print. A review site that only ever says "buy" is a shop window. We are trying to be the other thing.
Our Promise, in One Paragraph
We will tell you what a maker claims, what its evidence actually shows, where the two come apart, and what a fair trial of the product really costs — and we will show our working so you can check it. Where we don't know, we will say we don't know. That is less exciting than most supplement marketing. It is also the only kind of review worth reading.
